Heated Power Flow

Looking to build strength while incorporating a cardio vascular element, then heated power flow is your class. Set to a warm 95 degrees you will experience breath to movement flows similar to a vinyasa class but expect the sequence to push you a tad bit further. Hence the name, power! Heated power flow is great for students that love our hot yoga but wants to "mix it up". Bring a towel and prepare to sweat!

Pace: Steady- Fast
Posture: Build Strength and stamina/ challenging postures and transitions. Deep opening. Inversions and arm balances.
Modification: Accessible/ Lightly instructed.
Guidance: Supportive/ Precise/ Detailed as pace allows.
